The Acquarium in Cattolica is situated inside buildings dating back to the thirties, whose shapes recall those of a naval fleet. The structure had originally been conceived as a seaside colony to host the sons of Italians residing abroad.
TCF has supplied its air-handling units within the scope of large conservative restoration works, ended by June 2000 under the Superintendence of the Ministry for the Environment and Beautiful Arts, which brought the buildings back to their original splendor, evaluating the surrounding area, too, rich in sea histories and traditions.
